Precious Time

The summer seems to be flying by way too quickly! The kiddos and I have had a blast in the backyard with the water going constantly. This past weekend we went to Tahoe for an early Fathers Day celebration. We had a great time at the beach. We took my neice Abbey with us as our "nanny" and it worked out great. Dus and I were able to have a nice dinner while Abbey watched the kids in our hotel room. They had room service and raided the minibar..needless to say they had a great time too=)

We also attended two birhtday parties on Saturday evening and had a Fathers Day lunch at our house and a dinner at my moms house on Sunday. Did I mention that we have been busy=) So our next event is a week at the ocean come Monday. Dus started taking two night classes (yes he did already obtain his Bachelors Degree, but this is for career enhancement) so he won't be able to go with us. He won't miss us too much due to work and those darn classes. So we are just going during the week. It should be fun!

Since I have been so busy with family fun, I havn't actually started the day trading thing I spoke of in my last post. Don't get me wrong, I will do it. I just want to make sure I have the time to watch the market on a regular basis--which it seems I don't at this point. Hopefully I will be able to start it in the upcomming weeks.

As for Delaney...well, she started rolling over and eating solids in the same week! She loves eating baby food...she starts to laugh as soon as I put her in her chair. The little chunky girl has an appetite like her big momma=) Poor thing..she's in for it! Danielle is obsessed with Hannah Montana currently. Everything is "Hannah Montana". She still likes horses, but Hannah has now consumed her little life! As for Dakota, he starts a new baseball leauge this weekend and is so looking forward to it. They are all going to get some private swimming lessons in the next couple of weeks also. So all of this combined with our camping, bithday, soccor, and family party schedule makes for a busy June. Every weekday and weekend has something going on from now through end of August...busy busy busy.

Hey Jen - glad you left me a message. I didn't know you had a blog either and it looks like it's pretty new. Anyway, I added you to our blog so it will be nice to be able to read up on how you all are doing. Take care and thanks again for leaving me a message. Never a dull moment around here!
